Do you guarantee a specific number of followers, leads, or sales?
No. Marketing performance depends on budget, market, offer, audience fit, platform changes, creative quality, and sales follow-up. Clear targets can be set, but specific results are not guaranteed.
Can you work with my existing designer or team?
Yes. The scope can include strategy and direction only, or it can include production support when needed.
Payments and delivery
How are prices confirmed?
Prices are confirmed in a written proposal, invoice, or checkout page before payment. Taxes and fees are listed before payment when applicable.
When does work begin?
Work begins after the agreed payment or deposit is received and the required client materials are provided.
How are deliverables sent?
Deliverables may be sent by email, shared folder, project management tool, or reporting dashboard, depending on the scope.
Support
How do I request a revision?
Send revision notes through the agreed support channel. The number of included revision rounds is stated in the proposal.
How do I cancel?
Send a written cancellation request to the support email. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of work and the refund policy.
