Marketing results are not guaranteed. Platform algorithms, audience behavior, ad auctions, product-market fit, sales process, budget, seasonality, and third-party systems can affect outcomes.

Prohibited use

Clients may not use the services for unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, discriminatory, fraudulent, or restricted activities. The business may refuse or terminate work that conflicts with law, platform rules, payment processor rules, or this website's compliance position.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the business is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, platform suspensions, advertising account decisions, third-party outages, or results outside the agreed service scope.
