Refund Policy
Refund and cancellation rules for custom marketing services.
Refund eligibility depends on the service type, work already completed, client approvals, and the written agreement.
Cancellation before work begins
If a client cancels before work begins and no discovery, strategy, planning, production, setup, or reserved campaign time has been used, the payment may be eligible for a refund minus any non-refundable payment processing fees.
Cancellation after work begins
Once work begins, fees for completed work, reserved time, strategy, setup, campaign preparation, delivered drafts, or completed deliverables are generally non-refundable. Any partial refund is reviewed based on work completed and the agreement.
Custom digital services
Custom marketing strategy, content plans, creative direction, campaign setup, reports, and digital deliverables are made for the client and may not be refundable once delivered or substantially completed.
Recurring services
Monthly retainers can be cancelled according to the notice period in the agreement. Cancellation does not automatically refund work already completed or time already reserved for the active service period.
How to request a refund
Send the invoice number, project name, payment date, and reason for the request to contact@zakariaejoukal.site. Refund requests are reviewed within ten business days when all information is provided.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Bank and payment processor timing may vary.
Disputes
Clients are encouraged to contact support before opening a payment dispute so the issue can be reviewed with the project record, scope, and delivery history.
